WELCOME TO HARBOR HOUSE Harbor House is a L'Arche Community in Jacksonville,
Florida. In 1964, Jean Vanier founded L'Arche in Trosly-Breuil, France, when he welcomed two men with developmental disabilities to live with him. Today the International Federation of L'Arche is made up of over 120 communities in 30 countries.
